Sally's Riding School
is a well established riding establishment situated at the eastern
tip of the Isle of Wight. In the summer months we operate from Nodes
Point Holiday park, St. Helens PO33 IYA. In the winter months find
us at Sally's Stables - Forelands Field Road, Bembridge PO35 5TR.
Tides permitting we use Bembridge and St. Helens beaches - YES -
beach rides. We have a good selection of horses and ponies which
enable us to take children and adults, experienced and novice
riders. With a minimum of roadwork, we have picturesque bridleways,
country lanes, and beaches within close reach.
Safety is our prime
concern and we provide riding hat at no extra charge and a little
basic tuition, where required. This improves posture & balance. If
you feel unsafe it's no fun. - Have a good seat, sit properly, feel
secure and you will open the world of horse-riding pleasure. This is
a wonderful location to do so. At low tides the summer rides enjoy
the stunning setting of the exclusive Priory Bay Hotel Beach. The
broad sandy beach, embraced by tall mature trees can be accessed
only by foot, boat, and of course - horses!
For most
once-a-year riders - to enjoy the morning light to ride through the
shallow water and hear the tumbling waves in this fantastic setting
in an experience of a lifetime! |
